Steve has helped families here since 2004, and feels honored to be a guide during the very difficult experience after a loss. The longtime Milwaukie resident is a member of Won By One Church, where his wife works in administration part-time. He previously was involved with Milwaukie Elks and Lions Club, and is a former member of New Hope Community Church, Clackamas.
|Suzanne Brawn, Funeral Director|
Prior to serving our families in April 2014, Suzanne was a case manager for a domestic violence safe house for women. She is currently active with Rotary and the Milwaukie Community Center, and is a past supported of Meals on Wheels, Oregon Food Bank, Multnomah County Animal Control, and the Portland Women’s Crisis Line.
|Elizabeth Smith, Apprentice Funeral Director|
Elizabeth joined our staff in April 2015 after graduating from Mt. Hood Community College. She attended high school and university in Colorado, but now lives with her husband in West Portland. She also is the proud mother of one daughter, three sons and multiple four-legged rescues. She is a member of True Life Fellowship, a volunteer in Beaverton area schools and Cub Scouts, and is a frequent visitor of local farmers markets. Architecture, American history, cooking, art, and walking the trails of Hoyt Arboretum in Wash Park are among her favorite pastimes.
|Karly Reeves'Lewis, Administrator|
Before joining our staff in February 2015, Karly served eight years in the Oregon Army National Guard as an administrative assistant and automated logistic specialist. When she was deployed to Taji, Iraq (2006-2008) during Operation Iraqi Freedom under the 15th Sustainment Brigade out of Fort Hood, she served as a photojournalist and wrote articles on the positive operations of the Coalition Forces. Karly grew up in Tillamook, and has lived in Troutdale since March 2014. She is engaged with two sons and a tabby cat named Tommy. The avid Denver Broncos fan also enjoys photography and music.

Bret joined the staff in 2005, and is licensed with Oregon Life Insurance and the Oregon Mortuary and Cemetery Board. He and his 10-year-old Lab-Retriever mix live in the Linwood neighborhood. He is an American Red Cross supporter who donates blood at area churches including St. Johns the Baptist, Grace Point, Milwaukie Lutheran, and Clackamas Christian Center Assembly of God.
